Originally from Butlerstown, I now live in Tramore, in County Waterford with my partner and my three young boys.
I am an educator, with 15 years teaching experience in the Primary School classroom. I hold a Masters degree in Medieval English with a primary degree in English and Philosophy from University College, Cork.


I was elected to Waterford City and County Council in 2019 and was subsequently elected to represent the people of Waterford in the 33rd Dáil in the 2020 General Election. I am currently the Green Party Spokesperson on Social Protection and the Green Party Whip.

I’m a gardener, a Gaelgeoir, a musician and a two-time Ironman.
